March 2006: Mark Williams joins Energyline Limited.
Mark Williams, the proprietor of MRW Technical Services joins a specialist electrical and civil engineering consultancy as a Design Engineer, working part-time, going full-time during 2006.
April 2006: MRW Technical Services decide to dispose of computer services and IT division of the business.
MRW Technical Services seeks another company to take over PC & IT client base and PC builds still under warranty. The decision to close the computer services part of the business is taken due to the design appointment and impending relocation to Yorkshire.
May 2006: Negotiations begin with Amberworks (Bolton) Ltd.
Mark Williams of MRW Technical Services is introduced to Chris Halloran of Amberworks (Bolton) by a mutual associate and begin transfer discussions.
June 2006: Transfer of IT business and clients from MRW Technical Services to Amberworks (Bolton) Ltd. begins.
From 1st June 2006 all new calls to MRW Technical Services for PC and IT enquiries will be referred to Amberworks (Bolton); only work booked and/or started previously will be completed by MRW Technical Services.
June 2006: Mark Williams goes full-time with Energyline Limited.
Mark Williams commences full-time appointment with Energyline from 5th June 2006.
June 2006: MRW Technical Services carries out last computer and IT repairs and prepares to launch MRWDRS later in the year.
Mark Williams prepares to launch specialist Yorkshire-based data recovery company for last quarter of 2006.
